A thrilling drone light show

From December 20,2025 to January 5, 2026, our region hosted the 2026 Nujiang Lisu 'Kuo Shi' Festival under the theme 'Meet Nujiang, Enjoy the Kuo Shi.' The event showcased cultural IPs like 'A Life Called Yunnan' and 'A Dream to Nujiang,' while reinforcing the brand image of 'Nujiang's Secret Realm: Outdoor Paradise.' This initiative has positioned ethnic festivals as a key driver for regional cultural-tourism integration.

The "Kuo Shi" festival featured a diverse lineup of 14 carefully curated activities, including ethnic cultural performances, artistic shows, cultural exchanges, themed concerts, outdoor events, and tourism promotions. Three themed tours— "Passionate Wild Waters: Secret Realm Adventure,"  "Joyful Kuo Shi: Intangible Cultural Heritage Exploration," and "Warm Winter Wellness: Cloud-based Retreat" —were also launched, showcasing Nujiang's natural beauty, cultural charm, and sports appeal in a comprehensive manner, making its multifaceted allure accessible to all.
