On January 3, Fugong County held the 2026 Rural Labor Transfer Employment '100-Day Campaign' and the farewell ceremony for the Shanghai-Yunnan Labor Cooperation Concentrated Output. Forty-one migrant workers, filled with aspirations, boarded the special train to Pudong, Shanghai, embarking on their new year's journey of hard work.

Reports indicate that 41 migrant workers dispatched to Shanghai's Pudong district for employment will be assigned to companies including Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., JD Logistics, and Duoduo Maicai.

Fugong County has consistently prioritized rural labor transfer employment as a pivotal strategy to consolidate poverty alleviation achievements and advance rural revitalization. By 2025, the county had facilitated employment for 49,200 rural workers, including 13,600 who secured jobs outside the province. Through targeted skill training, job placement assistance, and comprehensive follow-up services, the county has effectively revitalized the labor economy, transforming employment transfer into a "fast track" for local residents to boost incomes and achieve prosperity.
