Recently, Nujiang prefecture has successfully processed the first batch of locally-issued Class C5 driver's licenses. Previously, due to the lack of relevant qualifications, disabled individuals had to apply for Class C5 licenses through cross-prefecture procedures. The Nujiang Public Security Traffic Management Department collaborated with multiple agencies to establish designated medical examination hospitals and complete adaptive modifications to the examination venue, enabling the entire process of Class C5 license testing and issuance to be completed locally. This initiative helps disabled individuals fulfill their driving test aspirations right at their doorstep.
