Recently, the Communist Youth League Committee of Nujiang Prefecture, in collaboration with the Lushui City Hongmu Mian Youth Social Affairs Public Welfare Service Center, launched the "Partner Program" winter care program in Tuanjie Community, Liuku Subdistrict, Lushui City. The seven-day program adopts a "supervised education" model, offering diverse courses including homework assistance, reading guidance, health education, and physical fitness training. Through activities such as red-themed film screenings, it provides children in the community with a rich and colorful holiday experience.
